OSHA REGULATIONS STATE: The employer shall insure that each operator is competent to operate the equipment . There are rules that must be followed under OSHA regulations to insure that this training is documented correctly. Southwest Missouri Safety CO. LLC follows these regulations. Trainer Certifications

The OSHA rules apply to all equipment operated by operators.
- It is the responsibility of the employer to insure that all employees that operate equipment are properly trained.
Training time
- Approximately 2 -4 hrs, dependent on equipment and number of employees
Re-Certification
- Required every 3 years
Training site
- Can be your job site or a site selected by SWMS
Costs
- Are regulated according to the extent of training and number of employees
