Southwest Missouri Safety Company (SWMSC) was formed by Ron Hinds, after working in the construction community for several years. First as a Masonry Contractor in K.C. then as owner of Four Star Equipment Company and then as Regional and District Safety and Maintenance Manager for United Rentals Inc.
Ron Hinds has extended experience in the field of Safety and understand the challenges that construction brings in today’s market. From the largest construction company to the smallest Ron has something that will benefit your organization. Known as one of the strongest trainers in the Midwest, Ron brings over 50 years of experience in “real world” situations that not only help the employee, but the employer deal with the day to day issues of managing a strong safety program.
When it comes to your safety program, SWMSC has a real interest in helping you and your employees succeed in a safe environment. They are not former government, military, or individuals that have spent their entire careers just managing safety. They have spent years in the roles of employee, employer, and have developed and managed successful safety programs.
